What’s Included in Each ShareEvery share is a mixed portion of the animal so you receive a balanced selection of steaks, roasts, and ground beef:
- Premium steaks (Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet Mignon, Sirloin, T-Bone/Porterhouse options)
- Roasts (Chuck, Arm, Rump, Sirloin Tip, etc.)
- Ground beef (the largest single item — usually 35–45% of the total weight)
- Specialty cuts (Short ribs, Brisket portion, Skirt/Flank steak, Stew meat, Soup bones if requested)
You fill out a cut sheet so we can customize thickness of steaks, size of roasts, lean-to-fat ratio of ground beef, and whether you want bone-in or boneless cuts.Deposit & Ordering Process
